Applications are now open for scholarship-supported M.Sc. (Thesis) students in the Department of Civil Engineering for the 2026–2027 Fall Semester. Candidates who are interested in applying are kindly requested to contact the Department Chair’s Office for detailed information about the application process and to submit their applications.
Scholarship Application Requirements:
Applicants seeking admission to the M.Sc. (Thesis) Program with scholarship support must satisfy the following requirements:
- Be an applicant to the relevant graduate program or currently enrolled in the program.
- Not be employed by any public or private institution or organization.
- Have a minimum undergraduate GPA of 2.50/4.00.
- Obtain a minimum score of 70 on the ALES examination (or an equivalent GRE/GMAT score) in the relevant score type.
- Meet one of the following English language proficiency requirements (graduates of English-medium undergraduate programs at Çankaya University are not exempt from this requirement):
- Score at least 70 on the Çankaya University English Proficiency Exam (minimum 55 for Turkish-medium graduate programs),
- Score at least 70 on YDS, e-YDS, YÖKDİL, or e-YÖKDİL (minimum 55 for Turkish-medium graduate programs),
- Obtain an equivalent qualifying score on TOEFL iBT, Cambridge CAE, Cambridge CPE, or Pearson PTE Academic.
